Kintra is another new independant bottler on the increasingly populated rum market. Coming from the Netherlands, the company can look back to about seven years of experience in bottling Whisky. Recently, they’ve acquired their own distillery to produce gin, genever and whisky. I’ll keep my eyes open. Their focus seems to be on bottling affordable single cask rums mostly close to cask strength, very much in the tradition of Duncan Taylor.
